Bird watching at the garden or enjoy outdoor activities like cycling, kayaking, fishing and more. Conveniently located near boat ramps and islands, it's the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for couple, family and friends. Our house is located at the best bay at Victoria Point. This waterfront house is truly a picturesque coastal heaven that is perfect for a relaxing retreat. Specially designed and built for a wheelchair-bound doctor from the UK in 1995, this special house boasts accessible features like wide doorways, handrails, and ramps. We love the nature and birds. You will find a lot of native plants and special flowers in the garden. There is also a handmade water fountain in the garden where often you can see some colorful rainbow lorikeets playing. Our guest suite provides a flexible bedroom configuration with the choice of two bedrooms or one bedroom : (1) Two bedrooms configuration - 1 king bed in Bedroom 1, 1 king bed or 2 single beds in Bedroom 2 and 1 IKEA single bed [on request] = Max. 5 people stay. (2) One bedroom configuration - 1 king bed or 2 single bed in Bedroom 1 = Max. 2 people stay. For both configurations, guests will have an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, designated working desk and an accessible shower and laundry room. *** For booking with 1-2 guests, only the one bedroom configuration will be provided (with either a king bed or two singles); If your booking is 1-2 guests and require both bedrooms, please message the host before booking. *** In the courtyard, there is a BBQ and a 8 seats outdoor dining table. Entertainment options include board games, toys, books, high-speed internet, and Netflix. Laundry facilities are also available, including a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board and outdoor clotheslines. The guest house is accessible through a private entrance in the courtyard and is separated from the main house by a lockable door. There is onsite gated parking that can accommodate two cars or a car and a boat trailer.

This beautiful place had everything you needed. Everything is extremely clean and tidy. Very well looked after. The boardwalk by the water is right across the street which is the best part for a lovely walk each day. The beds are comfortable and the location is perfect as it's near all the supermarkets and shopping centre's. Very convenient location. Phoebe is extremely kind and is a fantastic host. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Entering and seeing your name welcomed on a small blackboard, gives you such a good mood. Phoebe house is marvelous, there is everything you would like to have. Plenty of very good kitchen tools. spacious, comfortable, very silent and quiet. The matter that it is prepared for disabled people makes it even more easy to manage, the bathroom is so spacious! The small garden has such amazing plants that it's a joy to pass thru or to stay for a drink. The back garden is part of the utility room with a huge washing line and immaculate rubbish bins. A private space for the car is a great asset. Few meters from the sea is something great. we had some sunset walk along the sea and in the wood. oh what lovely!!!! What I appreciated very much was that the TV had STAN and Netflix so I could watch rugby and my favorites series. Moreover Phoebe is so discreet but always there to help you. If we ever will be back to BNE, surely we'll come back to her. Thank you Phoebe from Denise and Domenico
Our stay at Phoebe's place worked out really well,very quiet neighbourhood, small supermarket nearby for supplies, nice area across the road for a morning stroll.Unit was very clean and was close to family who we were visiting.

Quiet and relaxing pocket of Victoria Point. A lovely location for boats or yachts to anchor at this location. Often you will see people jogging, cycling, fishing, SUP boarding and canoeing at this beautiful bay. You can even spot dolphins at this bay from time to time during winter months.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT - There is bus stop in front of our house. Buses goes to the Victoria Point shopping centre and to Brisbane City.
BICYCLE OR WALKING - There is also excellent flat bike path along the bay in front of the house which provide an alternative options for getting around and exercise.
FROM THE AIRPORT - There is a Bayside airport transfer that service this area. We are happy to provide you the details to assist you with their bookings if needed.
