Fabio's apartment was spotless n beautiful; well situated n as described. Self check was a breeze. His neighborhood is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets and also to the promenade, G hotel n and the train/bus station. Although close by, we did not hear the sounds of trains/buses. Public parking was close by, less than 5 mins from the apartment, and cheap at a parking lot across from G Hotel and train station. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Fabio!!

Fabio hat ein sehr schön eingerichtetes, aber auch sauberes Appartement, welches in der Nähe der Innenstadt liegt. Probleme mit dem Internet wurden offen kommuniziert. Dabei war Fabio bemüht das Problem sofort zu lösen. Wir sagen Danke und bis bald.

Fabio keeps a wonderful apartment right in the centre of Pescara. It is right next to the bus and train stations, so ideal for catching local or intercity transportation. The apartment is very spacious and impeccably clean, with everything a person (or four!) could need for a short or longer stay in Pescara. Fabio is very responsive and always ready to help in any matter that comes up. His instructions for the apartment and his suggestions for nearby places to visit are great, clear and to-the-point. All in all, we already expected a great apartment, but still we were pleasantly surprised by how huge and clean and well taken care of it was. Definitely a 5-star review from us! :D

Ottima prima esperienza su airb&b grazie a Fabio e alla sua splendida casa. Arredata nuova e dotata di tutti i comfort. Super pulita e check-in super comodo e veloce! Perfetta anche come posizione, vicina alla stazione e a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. Veramente un’esperienza ottima! Grazie!
