Relax with the whole family and your pets at this peaceful 3 bedroom coastal cottage. Enjoy summer nights by the fire pit while gazing the stars in the night sky. Situated in the coastal village of Forbes Point, this location is a perfect getaway to visit the south West coast of Nova Scotia. Includes a fully functioning kitchen, large deck, front veranda, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, jet bathtub, 2 living areas and dining room. Play pen available upon request. This spacious 3 bedroom home is situated in a quiet setting with peekaboo views of the harbour. Short walk to the wharf and chat with the local fisherman. The home has a large front and back yard suitable for play or animals with fire pit in the back. Master king size bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Large living area upstairs and separate living room and 1 bedroom downstairs. Playpen provided for infants.

Our Host JoEllen is friendly. Her airbnb is beautiful. Nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and appliance you would need. When we arrived place settings were set at the dining table. We had a smoke detector chirping, JoEllen had someone come out very quickly. A signal went out on our car and Jo Ellen scheduled the appointment for us to have it fixed. The area is beatiful and peacful. My family and I enjoyed our stay and definitely do it again!

Found the location too far from restaurants and beaches . We thought there was a path to walk to the beach. We booked for 2 nights , only stayed 1 one night . The beds were not comfortable . The host did leave a card and some welcome snacks . That was really sweet . Thank you !

Forbes Point road is a quiet setting that branches off the main road and is approximately 4.6 km long. The “Point” borders the ocean on 3 sides and is home to about 100 people. Forbes Pointers are known to be warm and friendly people that mostly rely on the fishing Industry. You can visit the fishing wharf at the end of the road which leads to no exit. Forbes point is close to amenities but far enough to escape to peace and quiet. You are more likely to hear the sounds of nature. Truly the perfect getaway for families or people that want to get away from busy life.
