I stayed here again in one of my favorite AirBnB in San Juan area because of the proximity of every location of my interests and because of the super friendly host. Jhensen is always in contact to ensure your stay goes smoothly. I strongly recommend this place!
I cannot be more grateful and thankful for an amazing host and an amazing Airbnb. The place is very well organized and beautiful with a very nice view and lots of amenities that came in handy. Jhensen is a wonderful host. He made sure that we have everything that we needed before and during our vacation. He is always responsive and very professional. Jhensen was a wonderfully proactive host, reaching out to see how we were doing throughout our stay. And his recommendations would’ve been super helpful to someone visiting PR for the first time! The place is centrally located, which made it so easy to travel to and from all my family in other neighborhoods of San Juan and cities on the island. It was also spacious and spotless, plus easy to access (I used the August app option). Parking 9 times out of 10 was super easy to find right out front. The busy Sunday night in the plaza was the only exception with parking. It was easier to stay out and come back after the midnight cutoff than to park far and hike back in the dark. Relatedly, my only note against the place is the noise. It’s an everyday party in the plaza (ending promptly at 11 or 12 depending on the night), which was totally fine for me on this trip since I was out late anyway. But I’d probably (sadly!) pass if this was a visit in which I was trying to work remotely from.
