Great condo near the event place we were attending downtown. Very clean and easy instruction with parking. The host and condo were very nice!

I would call this a budget stay. It got the job done but I wouldn’t stay here again. The unit has updated cabinets and flooring, but the condo complex has seen better days. Gil was really slow to respond, even months before our booking and didn’t answer messages while we were here. The tables are wobbly, the towels had bleach stains, the front door has holes from prior locks, the blankets are thin and raggedy, the shower drains slowly, the shower curtain was orange with mildew, the bathroom door doesn’t shut easily, the toilet seat doesn’t fit right. The spiral staircase to the loft is really tight so we left the luggage in the living room and only went up to sleep. The listing says there’s a washer but there definitely isn’t one inside the unit.

Location was great, close to the river and downtown. Gil was very accommodating with early check in and late check out. Very responsive and communicative.

Gil was an excellent and very responsive host. The place was peaceful, clean and the linens all smelled very fresh. He gave me great recommendations for restaurants nearby and was flexible with me leaving my luggage for a few hours after my checkout. Centrally located and It’s very close to that beautiful Boardwalk at Ladybird Lake.
