type of Airbnb where you pay a lot of money, with no amenities. One half used thing of coffee was the only thing in the kitchen. if you are expecting to be able to stay here with more than four guests, anticipate them sleeping on the couch and not the pull out. The pull out couch is 100% not sleepable. and provided with the couch was literally one pillow without a pillowcase. By unsleepable I mean you could not sleep without being extremely uncomfortable.. it was all springs, with an eighth of an inch of padding to cover the springs. other weird things, like two drapes in the bedroom for a window that should have had at least six, so no privacy to change in the bedroom, you have to change in the closet. Upstairs toilet didn't flush.. plumber had to come, and I had to use my vacation time to coordinate that. garage door was broken upon arrival, so couldn't park car and had to wait until next day for repair to use garage to park in. way too much money for this many headaches.

Very lovely place to spend a vacation. Family oriented house, my kids love it. Walkable distance to Torrey pines beach, great coffee shop’s just right around the corner. Recommended it!

We loved this place!! We will absolutely be coming back here on future trips. Was a great spot in central SD and close to the ocean with a great view from the master and balcony of the ocean. Was a quiet neighborhood with everything you needed. Was nice to go to a location and have it fully stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. It had everything you needed for the beach as well with chairs, a wagon, beach towels, etc. Was basically 3 stories with a private garage on the bottom floor which was nice not having to haul stuff from a central parking spot. Was centrally located in SD so that was nice and great beaches and food within a 10 minute drive. The spa was currently under renovation which was unfortunate but the pool was heated so the kids did not mind. Overall highly recommend

I recommend this vacation house, it located in a beautiful community, it has own garden and you can have a nice walking and a view in it. This community I very close to the beach , just need around five minutes by walking. It’s also close to the downtown of Del Mar, you can find nice restaurants in it.
