We had a great stay at the Smurf house. It has not one, but two, king size beds! That's incredibly hard to find so we felt very lucky. The beds were very firm, a little more firm than I like, but another in our party loved them. The photos show a lot of steps/stairs, and there are, but they're not too bad. I'm in my 60's and getting down to the dock was not a problem. The stairs to the downstairs bedrooms are steep and narrow, but there's not that many of them and there's a sturdy hand rail. There's a master suite on the main floor if the stairs present a problem for any one. The king bedroom downstairs opens onto a balcony which is a nice touch. It also has a washer & dryer closeted away. There is a third bedroom with two queen beds and a television downstairs. The only difficulty we had was maneuvering the truck and boat (18ft) around the drive in the front yard because of the trees and the grade of the slope. It's do-able but with caution. Will definitely return!

Overall a good place would recommend. Only concern issues had was the Wi-Fi. Not being fast enough or not working at all with more than one person on it. No cell service so we have to rely on Wi-Fi. Could be better. I would recommend this place to a friend!

Troys place was great the screened in porch was great. Had zero issues and Troy checked up on us through text a few times and I appreciate that. Overall highly recommend looks just like the pictures.

location was quiet and fairly close to stores and restaurants. Troy communicated with us very well before the start to name sure we had what we needed. The water being his house was low, so we didn't go swimming but it was still nice to sit outside and relax. the house is great for larger groups that want to have their own space.
