Our stay at "Eve on the Shore" was truly amazing and beyond anything any of us had imagined. You can tell the house was built as someone's version of their dream home. There are so many special features in the house it's hard to know where to start, even when just listing our favorites. The house with it's view of the lake is breathtaking. The kitchen with adjoining living area was expansive and very family friendly. I think the area most enjoyed was the screened-in porch which is just off the kitchen. Sitting there especially in the mornings and late in the evening, with a cool breeze and enjoying the sounds of the lake was the best. The speakeasy room is just so unique and was fun for all of us. The special lighting in the rooms and the Sonos sound system really added to the ambiance. The private beach on Lake Michigan was perfect. The soft sand, beautiful sunsets and nightly campfires couldn't have been better. This was truly a vacation stay we will not forget.

Throughout the booking, the stay, and departure, Nate was a pleasure to communicate with. The property is exactly as described, tastefully furnished and well-appointed. One would want for nothing while staying here. If anything, its siting when experienced in person surpasses what could be captured in pictures. It’s a wonderful modern treehouse with its own private beach. Every floor has its own unique view. The house is lovely. Nate was a wonderful host and this property is a special one.

This Airbnb was AMAZING! A private beach that felt like it was plucked from a fairytale, a dream home that redefined luxury, and a host who made us feel like royalty. My partner and I are no strangers to the vacation rental world, managing over 40 homes, so we can spot true professionalism when we see it. This home wasn't just a place to rest our heads; it was a sanctuary of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail was mind-blowing! Some of the highlights of our trip were preparing cocktails in the hidden speakeasy, dancing around the house to the amazing Sonos sound system, movie nights with the giant projector screen, home-cooked meals in the fully-stocked kitchen, sipping our morning espressos while we watched the sunrise, and sleeping like a baby on those comfortable beds. It was like living in a 5-star resort, only better because we had it all to ourselves! Nate, thank you for reigniting our passion for group travel and raising the bar for outstanding hospitality. 100 stars!

We were so lucky to find this amazing rental. The house is gorgeous and comfortable, with amazing style and high end features.. The private beach and screened in porch with heater made it a great lake Michigan experience.. We have rented vacation homes in many places and this one was even better than expected. Highly recommend!!!!
