Rachel is an interior designer/architect and has renovated the space to create a luxe experience with all the comforts of home. Centrally located in a side street it is easy to sample all that Manly has to offer - beaches, restaurants, shopping, hiking, surfing, water sports and more. The apartment has gorgeous eastern views. Watch the sun rise from the balcony and also make sure to stay home to watch the full moon come up over Shelly Beach. There is a shared roof top outdoor lounge area, bbq and a swimming pool (unheated) on level 9 with 270 degree views of the ocean (note that the pool is quite small and has a communication tower behind it). Manly Beach is only 2 blocks away. Manly Cove is the same distance and allows easy access for guests arriving by ferry. Manly Beach has beautiful swimming spots as well as numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. There are lifeguards on the beach all year round. Stroll down for a morning dip and get a coffee from one of the numerous cafes to start your day off well. Manly Harbour is the best location in Manly to watch summer sunsets. Take a picnic and relax on the beautiful lawn overlooking the harbour. On the weekends checkout the local markets just outside your door. There is also a cafe on the ground floor and an F45 gym adjacent. You can rent a kayak or stand up paddle board from Manly Cove. You can even try SUP yoga! The apartment has elevator access to Level 7. There are several steps down from the hallway to the front door and a short staircase from the bedroom to the living room. Unfortunately the apartment is not suitable for children. There is Wifi in the unit provided by a 5g modem with unlimited data. On Wednesdays the building allows construction to occur so on this day it may be noisy at times. It is a good day to plan outings and we hope the noise does not impact your stay. We offer contactless check-in with a lock box but we are available if you need help with anything during your stay.
