Bedrooms The main bedroom with queen bed, has linen flax sheets, its own ensuite, ample storage overlooking the beautiful park across the road. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have double beds, linen flax sheets, ample storage space, and also overlook the beautiful park across the road. These 2 bedrooms open onto their own living area, making privacy with friends or family a breeze. Kitchen Our large kitchen is fully equiped with cooking utensils, baking dishes, and condiments. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, 6- burner ilve gas cooktop with electric oven, a separate Miele wall oven, dishwasher, LG fridge and microwave. A large kitchen bench with bench seats ensure the heart of the home is both comfortable and fun. Study Nook There is a study nook off the kitchen and dining area, there is also a powder room attached to this study. Living Dining Easterly aspect open plan kitchen dining and living room, opening to the ample and landscaped backyard. The lounge is an original Tufty Time, providing the best relaxation while watching Netflix, Disney+ and Stan, or enjoy the coziness of the winter sun resting or reading a book. The antique dining table is a lovely area for meals with friends or family. Opening onto a large enclosed backyard, there is an outdoor table and chairs along with outdoor lounge chairs and coffee table. Laundry Fully equiped separate laundry with Miele washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, baskets and pegs. bathroom The main bathroom is partially screened off from the open living and dining area, there is a shower, toilet and a deep bath.
