This place was great! An older cabin well looked after and a beautiful view right from the living room and side deck. Also the yard is extremely private and well kept but my favourite was the screened in porch which we dined at….. we lit a bon fire in the back yard and could enjoy that while eating with me flies bothering us. After supper went and sat at the fire it was absolutely wonderful!

Kyle was fantastic at communication! we ended up extending our stay and he was very accommodating. the cabin itself is older yet has upgrades to make it very comfortable. I know the valley and the lake well in the location is fantastic! overall everything was great and would stay there again absolutely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cottage. Kyle and Karen were excellent hosts. The cottage was clean, well-stocked and very cozy. The yard was perfect for active grandchildren and a dog. The outside space was also quiet, relaxing and beautiful. Katepwa Lake also receives an A+ - great public beach. We hope to return in 2024! Thank you Kyle and Karen!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Even though the weather wasn’t greatest we kept busy with board games, hiking, walks, bonfire and beach. Thankyou.
