Please read all descriptions. Unique & peaceful getaway with your own private space w/ laundry, kitchenette, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, game room, & living room. We live on main level of the home. You get full basement to yourself with 2 queens, a Divan w/ another rollout twin & a couch, making this area spacious enough for 7 people, plus a pack 'n play. Enjoy playing pool, foosball, or board games/puzzles in your down time, or relax in the comfortable living area before a good nights sleep. Please know that we live upstairs so you may hear us walking around from time to time. For cooking, who needs a stand up stove when you have a crockpot, an instapot, a griddle, a double burner induction stove, and a microwave with both a convection oven AND an air fryer setting. We’ve got you covered. Note: Please read the ‘other details’ section about our no smoking policy. Also- in the description, there isn’t a clear way to describe our unique property. There are no shared spaces and you get the entire basement to yourself, but it’s a shared house with us living on the main floor. Please note this before booking a perceived ‘entire house’ with no one living upstairs. Read all the description details please.

Clean, nice, fun! We had a great visit with our daughter, and didn't even need to leave the house, with all the games, pool table and foosball!

Our weekend stay here was fine. In the listing in the sub heading it says “Entire Home”, which is definitely a misrepresentation. This is a basement apartment. After booking I later reread the longer description which does say the owners live upstairs. Even then I didn’t think it would be problematic. During our stay we left and came back and it appeared someone had been in our space and straightened up a bit around us. So, again it was a fine stay. Nice place and friendly host, but I wouldn’t return.
We spent a quick weekend at Anita’s place and were very comfortable across the board. The space was very quiet and entry was completely private through the garage and a separate door into the basement living space. The space was very clean and all amenities worked great for us. My wife is from the area and this neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Would definitely stay again!
Everything was exactly like the add said. Anita is a great host and I recommend her place to everyone. Beautiful neighborhood and house.

Very quiet area. You will see many people walking, jogging, or taking a family stroll, including walking their dogs.
Guests will park in the circle drive. The neighborhood is quiet and a lot of people walk their dogs. Within several miles are parks, hospitals, gyms, a wall climbing location, and plenty of places to eat and shop.
