Kim’s property was just outside of town and very close to everything Hudson, NY has to offer. The property had the ideal accommodations for our group: two couples, a baby and dog. The house was renovated with new appliances and updates, but kept some original architecture and the classic feel. We would highly recommend this place!

Fabulous place, well worth the visit. Check in and parking is convenient. The house is beautifully decorated and the perfect location to walk to town for dinner or other shopping destinations. Second time here, will definitely be back!

Nicely decorated place a short-ish walk from town. Could use a few small tweaks to make it more comfortable (ie. runner for slippery stairs, curtain for living room window).

We enjoyed our stay in Kim’s charming house. It was clean, well maintained, and nicely designed, as well as conveniently located for trips into town. The experience could benefit from clear instructions on how to use some of the appliances (thermostat, fireplace, oven) and curtains on the first floor (it felt a bit like a fishbowl to the street in front). Hooks for towels in the bathroom would have also been nice! All said, we were happy to stay here and would certainly return in the future.
