My family and I came to celebrate my mom’s 59th birthday. It was a party of 13 guest. This place was stunning. The views were speechless. We loved our stay. Kitchen was super clean, rooms and bathrooms were spotless. The Smokey chalet pool was amazing no mold, no chemical smell. Kids had so much fun. They were in the pool everyday. It does have a child alarm which is great. It notifies you that someone is going in the pool. The jacuzzi was perfect. We had no issues with hot water. Only issue was that there was no hair dryer or cutting board. Oh well not the end of the world. Loved how Jackson Mountain team was very attentive. If I had a concern or question they would answer right away. The national parks, stores and amusement parks were super close. Overall my family and I were super happy with our stay. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to come back to Tennessee.

Even though I was really upset about all the bad reviews and wanted my money back. I am happy I stayed here , it was a beautiful house !! All mold/mildew was cleaned up and gone and the water was HOT so no worries about that either. Me & My family had a great time at the cabin and it was very close to all the shopping places and activities! We had one little thing which was the bathrooms upstairs had a problem with the sick where the water wouldn’t cut off but they sent someone out immediately and it was resolved.

Location is great, great accommodation and great house. Very disappointed the pool area is very moldy making it unsafe to use. Mold is everywhere in the pool room. Outside of the pool room, great stay if you don’t plan on using that room.

We had our annual mountain stay, being excited for the indoor pool as we have children, it turned out to have mold all in the pool area, the doors, the walls, the chairs in there, it was so steamy no one could even see in there, with the pool being so strong as if they just dump chemicals in the pool and call that “clean”. It felt extremely dirty in there. The first night we weren’t able to take showers as the hot water wasn’t working, when we contacted maintenance they seemed to not care and said it could be anywhere from 9-5 for them to come take a look, as that was an extreme inconvenience. Our plans for the next day was delayed as we couldn’t shower until the afternoon. With the bunk beds we assumed it would be kid friendly but had to go buy baby gates, the couches had stains, along with the table chairs. The headboard of the bedroom off the kitchen wasn’t even attached to the bed. We won’t be staying again. The only positive was how responsive customer service was.
