It was recently renovated with all modern amenities, yet keeps with the homes historic elegance. There are three entrances at the front. One opens to the kitchen utility room that leads into an open-plan concept living room, kitchen and dining area. A loft bedroom with a queen bed perches above the kitchen. This entire space looks out onto the beautiful surrounding landscape through a vast window in the living area. The fully stocked kitchen and kitchen utility room includes: an oven, a stovetop, two sinks, microwave, a full 30” fridge and freezer with ice maker, a second 24” bar fridge, two dishwashers, a French press, an espresso machine and a milk steamer. Use the kitchen utility room for extra counter space to prepare or clean up after the meal. The large window converts to a projector screen that comes down over the window. An in-home iPad connects to the projector and allows for streaming. This area also includes a fire place to set a calm and peaceful mood. A sliding door off the main area of the home brings you onto the porch which has a pizza oven, grill, and ample outdoor seating and lounge chairs. On the first floor is also a full bathroom with walk in shower, a laundry room, and a seating area off the kitchen. The second entrance is the main front door. When opened, to the left there is a second living room with a large wrap-around white sofa and a television. Straight ahead is an entryway and stairs to the second story. Through the laundry room, on the opposite side of the home from the kitchen, is another sitting room with chairs, and another desk - making the home complete with ample spaces to write or work. This sitting room leads directly outdoors, and to the side of the home that includes the pool. The third entrance leads to a mud room - perfect for going through after outdoor activities or to tidy up before going in the main house. All bedrooms are upstairs, as well as two additional full bathrooms. The pool is off to the right of the backyard in front of the pool house which may or may not have guests as well at the time so please be respectful of their space as well.
