Chad’s place was exactly as advertised. Great home for our family of 4 while we visited family in town. Close to some great spots (Allegheny Wine Mixer, Dancing Gnome, Pussadee’s Garden). Very responsive the entire time. Would def stay here again!

Chad’s place was AH-mazing. Check in was easy, directions were clear and the location was excellent. This home is extremely comfortable and worked perfectly for our large family trip. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Multiple en-suite bathrooms made it feel just like home! It was a bit chilly for us to use the rooftop deck, but the view was amazing and I imagine it would be a fun place to hang out when the weather warms up! If you have need for spacious, modern, primo location accommodations in Pittsburgh, do yourself a favor and rent Chad’s place!

You name it, Lawrenceville has it. From fantastic dining options to amazing bars, with plenty of entertainment options in between, there's something for everyone here. Vintage bowling, pinball cafe, dog ice cream shop, full service movie theaters, breweries, and more, are all a short walk or drive away! Upper Lawrenceville is experiencing its renaissance, with great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to our place, as well as a grocery store right down the street!
While Pittsburgh is a notoriously difficult city to drive in, Lawrenceville is easy! We offer off-street parking for 2 vehicles in your private garage, but once here, you can easily walk to Butler St., or jump on some scooters and go for a ride!
