Located in the city's business district, this apartment features hotel quality bedding, a fully equipped kitchen and living room. This is one of those location location, location, places. it’s really close walking distance to several nice restaurants, beautiful parks and just relaxing neighborhoods. The apartment itself is a little dated. Kitchen throwback to the 70s 80 however very functional. Was able to cook and do everything we needed to do. Televisions well-connected to Netflix Apple TV everything you need. The master bed is very comfortable, lots of closet space and bright windows Really enjoyed our stay here. The only issue was keeping this place clean. There’s hardly any cleaning products and for a 15 day stay, couldn’t get management to help us clean at all. Lima is a desert city, lots of dust. The floors will get dirty in two days and your feet will be black if you don’t stay on top of it. Not a big deal for short days, but if you’re there more than three days, at least ask for a mop. We did get an extra night from the management company for free because of this so that was very thoughtful.
