Welcome to Tin Can Ranch! Kick your legs up and enjoy the sunset at Tin Can Ranch where your worries drop away like the leaves in Autumn! Our cozy Vintage Yellowstone "Tin Can" camper is nestled in it's own corner of our 5 acre property located in Terrebonne, OR just a 10 minute drive from Smith Rock State Park and within an hour of the very best outdoor adventures in Central Oregon! Next to the camper is the shower house/bathroom with an outdoor washing sink. Our Yellowstone camper is small and cozy but perfect for 2 guests! As long as you keep in mind that this is a 7' x 13' camping trailer it will be hard not to fall in love with this cute and charming space. Inside of the camper: - Small but cozy double bed for two - Kitchen has an induction burner for cooking, small coffee maker, and pots, pans, dishes and utensils provided (there is no running water inside the trailer, potable water provided at outdoor shower house sink) - Small mini fridge for food/drinks - Dining table with two booths seats 4 - Power outlets and lights - A/C unit and mini heater Outside of the Camper: - Campfire ring with firewood provided - Picnic bench and sitting area - Plenty of outdoor lighting and solar lights for the night - Sun shade over the camper keeps it cool during the heat of midday summer. Inside the shower house: - full shower and indoor sink with on demand hot/cold water (gets hot quick!) - composting toilet - power outlets - soap/shampoo/towels are provided. (If using your own products please only use biodegradable soaps as our grey water is leached back onto the property) Outside the shower house is a double basin washing sink. This is where you can access drinking water (although any sink or faucet is potable) and wash dishes, etc. Wifi is available on the property with slightly reduced speeds inside of the camper. It works fine for browsing the web and streaming videos though! Phone service is not 100% where we are but outside 2-3 bars is normal. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles. Can fit more if necessary.
