Bryan’s lake house is in a quiet residential area. Not far from the lake and we walked to Sparky’s restaurant for dinner, which was a great place! The apartment is behind a house, above a garage with new decking. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Bryan’s place had everything we needed for our overnight stay in Conneaut. Slept well until hearing the distant trains whistling very early in the morning. I would recommend Bryan’s place for a couple, as long as they are okay with walking up the deck stairs to get inside the building.

My stay at Bryan’s place was great great location, walking distance to restaurants the beach and other amenities, clean and tidy very private. I would stay there again.

Cozy yet spacious little guest house suite. The lake theme decor is tasteful and fitting — just right and not over the top. Conneaut is a very small and quiet town, or at least it was in April when we visited. It was the perfect home base and low-key setting for viewing the solar eclipse and visiting Niagara Falls. A few important notes/revisions to the amenities: Towels and linens are provided, as well as heat and hot water. The kitchen is a kitchenette with a sink, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave. I hope the owner revises the listing to show that they provide hot water and heat — two essential amenities for an Airbnb, in my opinion! The only real hiccup we encountered during our stay was the brief loss of water pressure. We contacted Bryan and he quickly responded and sent someone over to fix it in a jiffy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the perfect home base for our activities. We’ll never forget where we were for the 2024 total solar eclipse!

This place is brilliant, when we first drove down the drive we knew it would be. Up the outside steps to a spacious room that was so cool . That’s before we mention the lake & beach at the end of the road & a brill pub only a minute’s walk away

Bryan’s place was a gem. A great little place in a nice waterfront neighborhood. We were within walking distance to Lake Erie, the city park, a great local pub/restaurant (Sparky’s), and the perch and Pilsner festival. The space was cozy, comfortable, and wonderfully decorated. I especially enjoyed the outside deck and accessibility to the above listed amenities. We would definitely stay here again!
