Our two bedroom boathouse is tucked away on a quiet cove in Lunenburg. *This property is NOT effected by new regulations in NS* This two bedroom family friendly boathouse features a gorgeous front deck that overlooks the water and has an outdoor dining area, BBQ and plenty of lounge seating. All on one level, the family room with a queen size pull out couch, opens into the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances like a fridge and stove. The breakfast bar seats 2 and your dining table can seat 4. The bedrooms are off of the family room and the first has a double size bed and your second bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a closet. There is a full bathroom with shower off of the kitchen. *No laundry available on site* Outside there is a play structure to the side of the home, perfect for entertaining the little ones. Directly Infront of the deck and home, there is a private beach area with a rock wall. Two adult kayaks and one childrens kayak are available for use.
