The house was simple, clean and met our needs for a family weekend celebrating a college graduation. The backyard is really nice with large trees and a covered patio. We enjoyed sitting on the patio drinking coffee several times. The kitchen works well enough for some basic cooking needs. The water pressure and heat is good and the 2 car garage was a nice addition especially since we got downpours of rain while we were there! Our toddler was able to play without worrying too much about safety or knocking something over.
