I don't want to leave a negative review, but there were issues with the place that did not need to exist and were NOT MENTIONED IN THE DESCRIPTION: First, THERE IS NO DRIVEWAY. Do not arrive at night. The place is impossible to find at night. I messaged EVOLVE (the listing site) and they didn't respond for about 36 hours. I had to call the contact in the description after he didn't respond to my text and said that there is no driveway, and I have to drive on a bumpy lawn for about 100 yards. The dishwasher was broken, and there was NO INTERNET. There was a not saying to use my hotspot (an imposition for sure), but I had between one and two bars of cell service, so even if I wanted to drain my hotspot allotment I couldn't very easily because of the bad reception. Third, there was tint paper on all of the windows including the screen porch that was peeling off. I have no idea why someone would tint a room that has a great view. Inside felt like night all the time. Run poorly.

We were the first to ever stay here! I can say that overall it was a great experience. Initially, it was hard to get to the location as the instructions weren’t very clear. The owner was very responsive and helped to walk us through. It was clean and tidy. The air conditioner worked more than I expected, making the summer months more than manageable! If you’re really into fishing or hiking this is a great location! Highly recommend it to those who love the outdoors!
