The pool was green ,even tho Annie said it had been cleaned.there was a broken outdoor chair ,planter pots with no plants A dead cactus

The property was great , large and beautiful. However the windows upon entry and around were really dirty throughout. As these were featured of the property really disappointed. There was also a lot of bugs etc around the inside that I had to vaccum up . Downstairs has severe water damage in carpet snd walls snd was very musty which was hard for the guests staying downstairs . For the money you are paying , the property should really be thoroughly clean . However the property was lovely, great views and wonderful .

We enjoyed our stay, but the cleanliness of the house did not meet our expecations for the luxury AirBnB we expected for the fee paid. When we arrived, we were very upset about rubbish left behind, a shower that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks, an abundance of dirt piled up in corners and the remains of a recent flood whith wet carpet and tiles which we had to mop up with towels immediately upon our arrival. When we contacted the host, it was our expecation she would organise a cleaning crew to come and attend to these issues or offer a refund for the cleaning fee, but instead she only offered us immediate checkout and full refund. Obvioulsy, we did not want to cancel our long awaited family holiday so had to attend to the cleaning ourselves. Also, NO instructions were provided regarding how to use the aircon and the host didnt' respond when we asked for this information. Lastly, no pool rake provided so had to swim with the debris that keep falling in the pool.

Absolutely amazing house to stay, photos don’t even do it justice. Couldn’t recommend more highly 12/10 review.
