Federica is a perfect host and the apartment is wonderful. All very new and super clean. The best thing is the fabulous location right across the road from a lovely quiet stretch of beach. Livelier stuff is a very short walk away if you fancy that and loads of great restaurants and bars within a short walk. We had an amazing stay.

The house is located in front of the sea, in a quiet and residential position.
In front of the house there is a private chalet, where it is advisable to reserve the umbrella in advance. Otherwise you can take advantage of the large free beach in front of the house.
The nightclubs are located about 2 km from the house, since they are not close there is no noise.
It should be noted that the railway passes behind the house. Thanks to the soundproofing of the house, the noise is almost imperceptible and there are no vibrations.
By walking you can reach various fish restaurants, tobacconists, bars and take away takeaways.
From the house you can move on foot or by bicycle via the cycle path that connects both the center and the entire seafront of the city.
During the summer there is a free shuttle bus service.
