Self contained lodge with garden located on our family farm. Superb location being less than 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach at Portreath. Farm trail from the Lodge to Tehidy country park where you can enjoy lovely woodland walks. Easy access to the A30. Shop nearby. Large enclosed garden - great for children or those with a dog (or both)! Shed on site to store bikes, surfboards etc. We will be close by if you need any help, or ideas during your stay. This was our family home and we brought up our children in the lodge for 2 years, it was a comfy and cosy home for us. Master bedroom - with double bed, large built in wardrobe, bedside tables and dressing table. The master has direct access to the main bathroom. The other bedrooms are singles with full size single beds. Both again with built in wardrobes. Main bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink with vanity unit and toilet. Also a separate toilet where you can plot your adventures through the county (you will understand when you get here!) The living space has a three seater sofa and armchair. TV with free sat box. Free WiFi and mobile 4g reception in the main is very good. Fully fitted kitchen with solid oak worktops that contains; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob and double electric fan oven, toaster, microwave and kettle. All the normal utensils on hand. If there is anything you need that isn’t there please let us know and we will do our best to provide it. The garden is fairly large and fully enclosed so great for dogs and kids. Outside there is a small store when you will find recycling boxes. Also a shed where you can store bikes, surfboards etc. There is an outside tap so you can wash off those wetsuits and dog (or child)! Please note we provide towels but these are not for use at the beach so kindly ask guests to bring their own beach towels. If you bringing a K9 friend with you we respectfully ask they stay off the beds and other furniture please.
