It was what we needed for our vacation to visit family. Upon arrival the neighbors were out and you could tell they were not happy at all about our arrival. Dirty looks and remarks made. Once we entered the property, it has great potential. It was sad to see other people clearly have not respected their property. There was a broken lamp in living room, the skimmer for pool was broken as well. Again not deal breakers for us, but it was sad to see. The house is very spacious which was great as we are a family of 5. As we were loading our groceries in cupboards we were a little shocked to find a large bags of condoms at eye level in kitchen. As a mom of all boys ages 8, 12 and 19 one may appreciate them, but in the kitchen was kinda odd. The amenities are there and I appreciate their quick responses. The master bedroom bed is comfy. There were no replacements of following: Paper towels, garbage bags and no disinfect spray to clean up counters after eating. We purchased our own.

We had a great time visiting family!! Came all the way from FL!! My kids LOVE swimming, so that was huge hit!! The house had plenty of room for all of us, yet it had a nice cozy feel to it!! Everything was great! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was exactly what we needed for 3 kids (6, 8, & 17yrs), 2 adults, & 2 medium sized dogs. The the location was great, cute little neighborhood & plenty of restaurants/shopping nearby. The kitchen was great for cooking our own meals. Be aware there are several spices available & a 1 hole toaster. There are not any baking sheets/pot holders but there are pyrex casserole dishes/pots/pans. The stove is gas & the bbq is charcoal. There are 2 free standing ac units, in the kitchen & living room. The ceiling light cover in the kitchen was missing & there was a broken picture in the pantry. None of these things affected our stay or our pleasure with the place. We met the pool maintenance man who was very nice & gave local recommendations. The hosts were very responsive! There were plenty of towels. The outdoor furniture was a plus as we hung around while the kids played the pool. Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay & the place as a whole. We would definitely stay again.

I just want to start off by saying the host are very responsive and helpful. But I feel like they should put a bit more care into the unit as far as getting somebody that’s willing to actually do a work, and do it right. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet friendly more for a families. If you’re coming for a fun vacation, I would advise you to stay near Downtown in Houston. We didn’t even get a chance to use the pool or the Jacuzzi because they both were not cleaned out at a time and we actually tried to assist with that, but it just took too much time in. We left it alone. Whoever the cleaners are for this house does not take out the trash, before we added our 1/2 bags of trash. It was at least a week and a half worth of trash on the side of the house.
