Great little apartment in a fantastic location! We loved being able to just cross the road to get to the beach - lovely views from the main room too! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Ben's place. Kirra is beautiful, there's a relaxed beach vibe and it is very different to some other areas of the Gold Coast. The construction was loud but Ben had pre warned us so we were prepared for that. The house was exactly as pictured, neat and clean, with everything you need. It was easy to access, and Ben responded within an hour or so to our enquiries. We felt safe and had plenty to do with the beach, pool, cafes, and local shops with cinema walking distance away. We would highly recommend this place.

The unit was very accessible to everything, beach, park, food outlets. I love listening to the waves at night from the lounge room. Once the tradies (which was advised) left and the food outlet traffic etc died down at night it was peaceful. The residents i did see were friendly and quiet. Everything listed in the unit was spot on, more than most properties provide eg water jugs, bags, foil, plenty of kitchen products. The AC, fans, wifi were great. The balcony was good. The bed was neat and comfortable. The only thing that was a hinderance to me personally was the amount of stairs to get to the unit & the parking bay stairs due to mobility issues, it might of been in the description & i missed it, luggage was difficult, otherwise it was fine for day to day. Ben was wonderful with his communication & instructions. Thanks for the stay.
