The 3rd bedroom & family room/4th bdrm are in the basement & DO NOT HAVE EGRESS WINDOWS. Attached single car garage. Main floor laundry with deep sink, washer & dryer. Enjoy sunrises on the deck and overlook the private backyard. Quiet neighborhood with mature trees. Come and feel the serenity & peace in this sweet little town. Clean, updated home. Great place to rest and rejuvenate. Kitchen equipped with spices, oils, and basic items.

Beautiful little home. Nice and cozy in a quite neighborhood.
Nice home, great host! Two nice bedrooms upstairs with nice 1.5 baths. Spacious and updated living area and kitchen. We didn't use basement but it could be used if you have extra people that need a place to sleep only and there's also a basement like bathroom. Great option if you need to stay over in Scotland! Has everything you need and lots of little extras.

Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with mature trees. Great place to take a walk, enjoy the backyard and listen to the birds.
Free parking on driveway and on street in front of home. Also, there’s a rocked pad in the backyard with alley access next to garage.
Easy walk to downtown Scotland to coffee shop, retail stores, bowling, restaurants, bars, churches, grocery store and convenience store.

Thanks for visiting our haven. I (Julie) grew up in the Scotland area & graduated from Scotland High School. We are REALTORs with NP Dodge. Before semi-retirement, I was a legal assistant and Scott was a nuclear chemist. We love our family, friends, God, church, gardening, pets, & boating. Scott is a homebrewer of beer. We have 3 adult children. We hope you enjoy the peace and quiet of this small town which will forever hold Julie’s heart.
