The space is a newly refreshed first floor apartment that has a partial kitchen with a fridge,sink, toaster oven, microwave, kettle for tea/coffee keurig pot and a full bathroom. Spacious studio living room with comfy couch and can turn into pull out bed with two windows that welcome natural light to create a relaxing atmosphere. We have done a lot of work to make this space an awesome set up for 1 - 2 people and we are continually working to make it as great as can be. Guest access, a combination door access and have a own parking space, 58” Smart TV, High speed WiFi. Interaction with guests as this is a private suite in a shared house you may or may not cross paths with others who live upstairs ( Me daughter and grandson) The house is often quiet as we’re all working during the day but if you do see someone, please say hi we value your privacy, and we appreciate when guests are cordial with us when we cross paths.
