It's an older duplex but has everything you need for 5. If you are looking for new and fancy, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for functionality, this the the perfect place at a great price. The area is beautiful with lots of things to do! The host was responsive.

Justin was a good host, no problems there. The place was described as a few cosmetic issues and there were several of those. Everything worked alright, the coffee maker (we did run out of coffee) toaster, microwave, and hot water. It was an ok place for a couple of fishermen that just needed a place to sleep and if we are on a budget we might go for it again. Value was good.

Justin was very accommodating. We stayed for a couple days. The location was good for what we came for. Wife was a little upset with dirty kitchen and dirty dishes. I let Justin know and I guess he hasn't had a chance to walk through before we checked in due to working out of town. We just thought the cleaning fee should actually go towards cleaning, even if it was from a previous renter. Other than that thanks for the accommodations.

Justin was informative and happy to help with whatever I needed. Communicated in a timely fashion. The house was cozy and comfortable. Provided exactly what was needed for a New Year's getaway.
