The apartment is situated in the most attractive area of Tallinn - Kalamaja, right next to the medieval Old Town and the seaside.
The hugely popular Kalamaja area attracts both locals and visitors. Take a walk in this beautiful wooden house area with bohemian charm. Just some 100 meters from the apartment you will find a couple of nice restaurants and cafés: Kogu Café & Restaurant as well as Moon Restaurant.
Take a walk down the seaside to Noblessner Port area where you will find Kai Art Center, PROTO Invention Factory VR centre, and techno nightclub HALL. Culinary highlights include restaurant 180°, founded by Michelin starred chef Matthias Diether, and Lore Bistroo - situated by the seaside with a lovely outdoor terrace during summertime. In Noblessner you will even find factory and taproom of Estonia’s most popular brewery – Põhjala which serves beer tasting menu as well as some really nice food. Next to Noblessner you will find Sea Plane Horbour - a maritime museum which attracts both children and adults alike.
Telliskivi area, also located in Kalamaja, is also within walking distance from the apartment. There you can enjoy Estonian design, art galleries or visit one of the nice restaurants or bars. Some recommendations are Fotografiska Photo Gallery which also has a very nice café and restaurant / bar with great views of the Old Town, F-hoone restaurant, Tali Design Shop, LaMuu ice cream café, Fika café, Põhja Konn of the Põhjala brewery. The best market in Tallinn (Balti Jaama Turg) can be found next to Telliskivi.
I also recommend you to take tram no 1 to Kadriorg (tram stop is some 3 min walk from the apartment - Linnahall tram stop). In this magnificent district you will find many parks and gardens, KUMU art museum (recognized as best museum in Europe in 2008) and the Presidential Palace.
The gates to the medieval Tallinn Old Town are just some 3 min walk away. Take a walk to discover this best preserved medieval old town in Northern Europe with its churches, cosy cafés and restaurants, museums and the great city wall.

The nearest tram stop is Linnahall, next to the Old Town gate of Fat Margaret - just some 3 min walk from the apartment.
Tallinn Airport is situated only 5 km from the apartment. The easiest way to reach the apartment is by taking a taxi (Forus Taxi and Tallink Takso are recommended) or Bolt.
Port of Tallinn is within walking distance, 20-25 min walk.
