The location shown in listing & address provided by host was for Regimiento Acá Carayá. The actual location was 800 m away on Mcal. José F. Estigarribia. The host owns or manages several properties in the building. At time of booking, I was told either floor 1 or 4, and requested 4. We received a back facing unit on floor 3. Reviews from other guests were likely from units besides 3e. Our condo was very lacking in essentials. No blankets for either bed, one bed had no sheets, no pillows, etc. Only 2 bath towels - No hand or kitchen towels, soap, etc. The kitchen had very few supplies - NO microwave, small appliances, frying pan, spoons, etc. Water leaked onto kitchen floor ever day. The washing machine filled on its own once & caused a small flood. The host communicated well & arranged for a few essentials over 1st 2 days we were there. We requested a refund and afterwards got 20%. The beds were comfortable. We have rented about 100 Airbnb properties. Condo 3e was in bottom 10%.
