Pool lights, jets, waterfall, and water slide did not work And was filled with dirt Jacuzzi did not work Beach umbrella did not work Grill was filled with junk, and had no utensils and nothing to clean the grill with Garage door did not work and was not able to be locked, so anybody could enter the house - unsafe Sliding glass doors in the ground floor had no lock, and anybody could walk right in- not safe No dishes No laundry soap No hot water on the 1st floor No response or assistance throughout my entire stay, besides them sayin they would make it right, and no follow ups, no check ins, no updates as to what they were doing to fix the problems. I couldn’t make this up if I tried… on how disgraceful this service and false advertisement on the home was. I paid top dollar for this rental, and was treated like a peasant paying bottom dollar for a shack in the ghetto.

Great house, with a lot to do. Only issue that occurred was the pool area wasn’t 100% working properly. Still usable just didn’t have some small items functional (lights/speakers/umbrellas, ect.) wasn’t a big deal. Great private beach. Will stay again!

Fun had by all. The hot tub didn’t work but that was ok. Definitely recommend no-see-ums and mosquito repellent as they are abundant but other than that we had a great time.

Oliva let me say communication was awesome from booking to even after we left her place. the view and house was very clean the only thing I may complain about will be the wifi wasn't the fastest. and the jacuzzi and sauna wasn't available at that time. however Olivia did state before arrival that those amenities wasn't available doing this stay. the pictures does not do any justice and doing our stay we got the chance to see the sea turtle lay eggs which made this experience more awesome. another tip Iwill give anyone is bring repellent. however the house did provide some which we didn't see it until we left. but this house is an excellent choice for a great even after we left one of guest left some items behind Olivia made sure that we where able to retrieve them thank you again
