On the other side in the street level It also has a stylish flower yard ** polite guests, positive with good intentions are always welcome! ** smoking or vaping is prohibited in this property

Super clean and cozy apartment. It has everything I need, one can tell they have put thought and care into the place. Super friendly host and very good local recommendations. I will definitely stay with them again when I come back to Athens. The issue is the apartment gets booked up quickly!
Το σπίτι ηταν πεντακάθαρο και είχε όσα χρειαζόμασταν για την διαμονή μας. Οι οικοδεσπότες ηταν πολυ φιλικοί και κατατοπιστικοι. Ήσυχη γειτονιά και σε κοντινή απόσταση απο το σπίτι βρίσκονται σουπερ μαρκετ, καφε, σταση ηλεκτρικού. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά για μια επόμενη διαμονή μου στην Νεα Ιωνια.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα!!! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
Πρώτη εμπειρία με Airbnb, και ο Δημήτρης έκανε την διαφορά. ένιωσα σαν να είμαι στο σπίτι μου. ένας χώρος πολύ προσεγμένος, καθαρός, τακτοποιημένος, που δεν του έλειπε τίποτα. τα είχε όλα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Η πίσω αυλή, είναι υπέροχη αν έχει καλό καιρό.Η περιοχή έχει πάρκινγκ τριγύρω, και super market σε 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Επισκέφθηκα την Αθήνα για δουλειά και θα είναι το μόνο κατάλυμα στο οποίο θα ξαναμεινω αν επιστρέψω στην πόλη. Σας ευχαριστώ για όλα. Συνεχίστε έτσι.
