This is a beautiful, 5,000 sq ft home filled with lovely finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. When you walk in, you'll be delighted by the living room with inviting furniture and chair swings that look out on the forest. Keep going and you'll be greeted by a lovely kitchen, dining room and family room. Upstairs you'll find a stunning king bed master suite with an ensuite bathroom. The attached bathroom provides a tub and two-person shower with dual rainfall shower heads. Just down the hall is a great little place to sleep up to 4 kids in comfort and serenity. Also upstairs a beautiful second King bedroom and full bathroom. Head downstairs and you'll find comfortable seating, a full sized pool table, full wet bar, and two more bedrooms with room to sleep 4 adults on a King bed in one room and a Queen bed in the other. There is also a bunk bed and twin bed in the renovated closet spaces of each lower room. Step out onto the back patio and you'll find even more delights, including a hot tub, bbq, and playground for your kids. In addition, your kids will love the detached outdoor play room, just for them! We are set in the forest. Part of the property is wooded and part of the property is open with forest views. Being in the forest you will see some wildlife and maybe even some gnats or moths which are part of the experience. :) Although being in Colorado, the pests are minimal. Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you. We do our best to proactively care for the home and provide weekly maintenance to make sure everything is ready and in good working order for your stay. This is our 7th year as super hosts and we go above and beyond to help with any issue brought to our attention. We are here to make sure you and the house are cared for.
