Melissa is a great host and was very responsive and accommodating when inclement weather caused a last minute change to our plans. The place itself was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was comfortable, clean, and had great amenities. The kitchen was well equipped for us to do our own cooking and we enjoyed time watching movies on the couch and relaxing in the hot tub. I would strongly recommend this location for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Maine!

Family and I had a great getaway for Easter Weekend. Close to great restaurants and quick drive from UMaine where my son got to getaway from the Dorm and campus for an extended weekend with family. Hot tub was huge plus! We will be back again.

I can’t say enough about this place. It was exactly as described, super clean, and full of homey touches. From coffee with all the fixings, to snacks, and lots of easily forgotten personal care products, including extra tooth brushes in case you forgot. Melissa responded immediately to any communication, and was super helpful. Also, great spot for the dog. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. If you need to be in the Bangor area, this is a great choice

Amazing host! Pictures don’t do the home justice. Decor was amazing and Melissa was so accommodating, from seasonings to new toothbrushes!

This was a halfway point for our mini-vacation with friends. We were all very impressed with the house, the added touches to make you feel at home, and the location. Close to everything, but the area the house is located still felt private. We appreciated how clean and well stocked it was. You need to bring your own condiments, which we do anyway, but every spice you can imagine is already there! The pots and pans are also very good quality. Something you don’t always get! We would definitely stay again!!
