Due to a house fire, we needed to find emergency accommodations for our family and our pets, Nick was accommodating and understanding as we dealt with having to extend our stay and change our checkout date multiple times. He was always polite, friendly and easy to reach, the house itself was clean, exactly like the picture, and had all the amenities we are used to. We were certain that the fire would cause us to settle for anything that came along, but we lucked out entirely by booking with Nick.

Nick's place is beautiful, and there is enough space for a big family. The rooms were spacious, and having 2.5 bathrooms was more convenient to the family. One down fall, ongoing construction, but understand a newly developed community. while in the home, quiet but once outside was noisy. Cleaned a little bit before settling down, but it was very nice. The host responded in a timely manner.
