Hermoso departamento. Muy grande, con dos livings y sala intermedia. Muy confortable. 3 dormitorios, cada uno con su banio. 4to banio para Visitas. Vecindario seguro, con varias cafeterias y a una cuadra de Palacio de Hierro.

Our host didn't just do things right; he was also responsible and went the extra mile to ensure we received a five-star service. He added his personal touch and was a great communicator too. As someone who travels all over the world, I can tell you that while these virtues and services should be expected, not everyone can provide them with gratitude, sincerity, and a willingness to give more than what is asked for. I truly appreciate the experience and look forward to repeating it again.

Overall the stay was good in terms of safety and convenience. A few things that we had concerns were that the floors were extremely dirty and dusty even though the guest manager stated that they were just cleaned prior to us checking in. They had plenty of towels and bedsheets/comforters for us however they were dirty with black and brown stains. They did not provide some of the amenities that were mentioned in the list, however the guest manager provided it to us after we asked her. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable to stay in.
