We had a fantastic stay, apartment was perfect. Fantastic location. Couldn’t ask for more. Communication from Gillian was fantastic, instructions for checking in were excellent. Apartment had every you need for a wonderful stay.

I really enjoyed the location of this apartment. It is walkable to the beach, restaurants, and a nice playground. It has beach toys, a travel cot, comfortable beds, and is generally nice. Gillian was kind and mostly responsive. The toys were helpful. It was mostly childproofed. We had trouble with the hot water for the sink and tub, so had no hot sink or tub water during our stay (despite following instructions and understanding how water heating works). Gillian tried to help via messages, but the hot water never worked. Then both toilets stopped working. We asked about more kitchen towels, but never received them. There were a few small things that were broken or on their way out, such as a towel rack. The kitchen was fine enough for a short stay. The cabinet under the sink should be child-proofed, as it has many detergents and dish soaps. The gate needs a working phone in order to be let in, which many int'l travelers might not have. Overall, a nice spot in need of some TLC.

Lovely apartment. Very family oriented. Lots of toys in apartment for kids to play with.
