Complete with a big fridge, washer, dryer, and all essential amenities, your stay here will be nothing short of perfect. Experience comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Experience a luxurious stay in our newly renovated apartment located in a prime area that offers convenient access to everything you need: malls, parks, supermarkets, pharmacies, and more. This space is completely brand new, featuring fresh flooring, furniture, beds, chairs, and a state-of-the-art 70-inch smart TV with a brand new sofa allowing you to unwind while enjoying your favorite TV show. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the windows of the bedrooms have blackouts. On the first bedroom you will find a king bed with a 50 inch Smart TV, in the second bedroom two twin beds. Stay connected with fast fiber optic 500mb/s WiFi throughout the apartment. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer available for free use, as well as a small oven and dishwasher. The apartment is designed to invite ample natural light, creating a vibrant and lively ambiance. You can even watch birds from the window by placing fruits nearby. As a Colombian, digital nomad from Medellin I wanted to find an apartment in the best location and make it my dream stay when I visit Colombia. Juan's place in Medellin is beautiful, modern, clean, and very safe. Juan and his family were very welcoming when we arrived, and continued to be great hosts throughout our stay! Juan's family member, Felipe, showed us around the city and even took us to Guatape where we had a great time!
Great apartment. The doorman was friendly and helpful. Just a few minutes walk to el Tesoro and mall zona dos. Grocery stores and gym close by. The office in the apartment was great. would stay there again.
