This place is way better than the pictures provided. The pictures made the place seem small but it was very large and comfortable for our group. The Jacuzzi was amazing it was like our own private party place to entertain our and have a great time. I would recommend this to everyone.

Haven was anything but that. I was celebrating my birthday and it was a nightmare. From the check-in to check out. Within that first night of checking in the rooms were dusty, the sinks in two different rooms were clogged and the sink was leaking in one. The maintenance had to come and fix this problem right away. The jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned or drained before our arrival. There was broken glass in the jacuzzi and we ended up having to switch to a smaller room. We asked to be accommodated for the change and inconvenience they wouldn’t assist. The front dest Alexandria didn’t communicate our concerns with the manager. Once we spoke with the manager Mathew he wasn’t able to address our concerns. Although they offer a free dinner service we already had dinner reservations. There should have been other options available due to the inconvenience. Definitely money hungry!!! The lack of compassion and dismissive behavior we experienced was unacceptable. I wouldn’t ever stay here again.
