Well appointed recently refurbished with new carpet, new painting, new furnishings private guest room with private ensuite. No cooking facility but with mini fridge, microwave & kettle. Smart TV, electric blanket & heater. 20min to airport, 10min to CBD, 7min to one of NZ's largest shopping centre, Sylvia Park. Very convenient suburban area within walking distance to Pakuranga Shopping centre and beautiful Rotary Walkway where you can enjoy cycling, walking and running. 1 parking space onsite. Your own private guest room is attached with our main house, however with own access through its own entrance ranch slider at the rear of the property. No sharing to main house facility. Private bathroom and wardrobe in the guesthouse.Luxurious 1500 TC sheets, high quality pillows, electric blanket, towels make for a hotel like stay. Mini fridge, microwave and kettle are provided for you to enjoy cup of coffee or tea.

Second stay here. 3 nights. No issues was a great stay and place very clean
Had a peaceful and private stay. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Thank you
We stayed for two nights and everything was perfect! The place looked exactly like on the pictures. The only thing we missed was a sharp knife. Also the extra door (which is locked from the inside of the room so it’s totally fine) can make one feel a little uncomfortable, maybe a thick curtain over it would be nice to hide it and also soundproof it a bit. Despite that, it was a five star stay and we would stay again for sure!
