Attention to the smallest details, the choice of natural and recycled materials, the quiet of a space surrounded by olive trees, citrus groves, and palm trees, and a vegetable garden from which to pick seasonal vegetables and fruit. A slow and sustainable way of experiencing Sicily, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the silence of tranquillity. Casa Zahar is composed of two floors, connected by an external staircase, each with an independent apartment. Casa Zahar has three listings on Airbnb: - one for the apartment on the Ground Floor only, - one for the apartment on the Upper Floor only, - one for the full villa for exclusive use. When booking either one of the two apartments, you only book the related floor and you may have to share the outdoor spaces with other potential guests staying on the other. You are currently viewing the listing related to the apartment on the Upper Floor only. On the upper floor, there is one double bedroom, one single bedroom, one bathroom, and one living room/kitchen with a sofa bed as well as one exclusive terrace overlooking the swimming pool and with a view up to the coast. The wide outdoor spaces include a swimming pool with beach entry, a solarium with bamboo sunbeds and an outdoor solar shower, a relaxing area by the pool, and a wooden deck for your meals under the olive trees. In terms of amenities, the double bedroom and the living room are provided with air conditioning (with both cool and heat modes, depending on the season). The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen and features a dishwasher and a fridge. There is one washing machine in the laundry room which is accessed externally. A private parking space is available within the property. The accommodation is ideal for 3 guests, as there are 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom. However, on request, it can host up to 5 people, as there is a sofa bed in the living room.

We had a lovely time. There is so much love in every detail. Everything is very clean. The pool is great our two little boys had so much fun. We would like to come again next year. The whole family is so friendly and warm hearted.

The villa is located in Fraginesi, a countryside area between Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello, and is a great location for families, couples, or groups of friends who plan to hire a car to enjoy the lovely Sicilian countryside and discover the many beautiful places of the north-west coast of the island. The coastline that goes from Castellammare del Golfo to San Vito Lo Capo is one of the most beautiful of the Mediterranean Sea and is a must to explore, especially during summertime.

出行信息

In about 15 minutes by car you may enjoy places like Scopello and it's iconic "tonnara", the natural reserve "Lo Zingaro", Guidaloca beach and several other "Cale", and the seaport town of Castellammare. In less than 1 hour drive by car you may reach the Greek temple of Segesta, the beautiful white-sand beach of San Vito Lo Capo, the medieval town of Erice, the saline of Marsala and even the cities of Palermo and Trapani, to name a few.
Being the villa located between Palermo and Trapani, both airports of these cities are easy to reach by car (about 40 minutes drive from the villa taking the motorway).
Note that it is impossible to reach the villa by only using public means of transportation.
