El departamento es muy cómodo y tiene excelente ubicación. El único tema fue que las puertas de la terraza no cerraban con llave y no se arreglaron durante el mes que estuve. Todo lo demás perfecto.

It was an excellent stay at this apartment. The place is in a perfect location right between Shopping Mariscal and Paseo Carmelitas. I enjoyed eating in nearby cafes and restaurants specially at Villa Morra Park. The neighborhood was very green, peaceful and safe. There were security guards in the lobby 24/7. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The washing machine/air conditioners were a blessing. The WiFi speed was super fast. The tap water was potable. The bed/sofa was very comfortable. Eduardo allowed me to check in early as well. I highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Asuncion.

Localização excelente, rua segura e bairro com seguranças em cada esquina, perto de supermercado 24hs, perto de 2 shoppings ótimos( 4 quadras caminhando) perto de restaurantes, fácil acesso ao edifício, porteiros muito educados e prestativos, tem garagem com controle remoto, endereço fácil pra quem vai andar de Uber, piscina boa com vista linda da cidade.

The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. Encountered a few issues at first (no hot water, patio door with a broken lock, broken chairs), but Eduardo was very responsive and fixed all issues quickly as soon as I asked. So do not hesitate to ask if you need anything the host will be happy to oblige and address any issues. I am leaving 5 stars despite the hiccups because of Eduardo's professionalism and responsiveness.
