It was a nice place, had everything we needed. The neighborhood is pretty nice and walkable too. Avanna was very helpful and proactive too.

It worked for what I needed but not a place I would choose again. My main disappointment lies in the hosts description. “serene” is why I booked it. I did not find it to be serene. The parking garage was full of folks arguing at 11pm. The entrance was confusing to find and you are stuck outside in an alleyway waiting until someone answers the buzzer. We waited about 2 minutes. At 11pm. Outside with crowds of folks arguing steps away. Myself and my daughter. Once inside the building itself has a strong odor BUT once you got to your apartment it was clean and smelled nice. Bed was comfy which is a HUGE plus. Everything went smoothly. Lot of road/city noise all night but I expect that in Atlanta. Oh and when you arrive, the door is unlocked. That was especially unnerving that anyone else in the building could have walked right in before you arrived.

Great location with easy walk to Atlantic Station amenities. On the edge of Georgia Tech campus with green route passing in front of the building, short walk to the stop. Quiet building.

Very communicative and nice she always responded which helped a lot! I hope to stay again soon :)
