Lovely house across the street from beautiful Harrison Lake. The surrounding beauty is hard to beat! This house is about 10 minutes away from the town of Harrison, which is a very small town with no grocery store, but Agassiz is not too far away. The rooms and beds were comfortable and tidy, the workspace upstairs was perfect for one of us who had a bit of work to do... but a small warning, the wifi kept kicking us off and we weren't picking up any cell service or data at the house, so if you're going there to work remotely you might have a hard time of it. Other than that, and that we were missing a few necessities (there was no sugar, no lotion, no cooking oil or condiments, just a few spices and vinegars in the cupboards), it was a good place to be for the weekend. The host is very responsive and helpful! Had fun playing pool (billiards) downstairs and relaxing in the hot tub.

We hosted our family Thanksgiving dinner at this house and it fit everyone perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the living room was a great size with a super comfy couch and we enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. It’s a very short walk down to the water but you can see the lake from the front porch which was nice in the morning with coffee. There was even a little bunny that came by each morning. We could get to town within a ten minute drive and enjoyed the location away from the busy streets. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. My only suggestion would be that there needed to be better dishes. We booked this place because it described having good dishes to host a dinner party. There were no small saucers for appies or deserts and small cooking tools were missing like spatulas. Luckily we packed our own dishes. We would stay here again. It was a fantastic stay!
