Stayed here for a long weekend with three friends. Very convenient and quiet location, walking distance from Mont Royal Ave with all its restaurants and bars. Traveling to downtown proper was also trivial as the metro was less than a 10-minute walk. The house itself was beautiful and quite large. The back yard was spacious with comfy outdoor furniture and lots of greenery. Frankly, much of the time we were at the house was spent in the backyard. The host was responsive on chat and was there at check-in to show us around. Note that this listing is someone’s actual house, not one of the for-Airbnb-only rentals. That’s terrific for adults only but you might not be comfortable with that with younger children. Parking is paid street parking which isn't expensive but might be hard to find on the same street depending on the time of day. We found a spot and just left the car there for the weekend – it is very easy to get around without a car. Overall, we had a terrific stay.
