There are lots of nice rentals in beautiful Boyne City to choose from, but this is probably the only one with a suit of armor and a neon sign. Located on historic downtown Water Street, you cannot get closer to town than this! You will be steps away from all the restaurants and bars and the lake. This nineteenth-century building has been completely renovated with a brand new custom bathroom and high end furniture. There is also a spacious deck with seating for outdoor dining. Fully renovated 2 bedrooms, 1 (gorgeous) bathroom and a big open floor plan kitchen and living area with a pullout couch. There is also a large furnished deck to enjoy outdoor dining or a cocktail.

Sarah was a great host. Everything you need is in the Airbnb including kitchen amenities, blankets. Loved being able to walk to the restaurants. Very close to Boyne mountain resort which was awesome to be able to spend time there to ski and tube!
We just loved our stay at Sarah’s place. It was the perfect location to walk everywhere. The unit was clean, warm, well stocked (towels and such). We would definitely recommend this host and home. The town folks were very friendly. The short drive to Charlevoix was gorgeous and there are lots of things to do there. We did t have many questions for Sarah but whenever we emailed her, she responded VERY quickly. One thing… there are a lot of steps up to the units on the 2nd floor. In the winter it was very slippery. We didn’t see any snow/ice melt products around the unit. We thought about purchasing our own, but we weren’t sure what was acceptable to use on the stair material.  Sarah might want to consider a product to use to control the ice and snow and reduce liability. Other than that the stay was perfect.
The apartment was great! Perfect location walking distance to the lake and restaurants/shops downtown. Quick 10 min drive to the mountain for snowboarding. Newly renovated and very clean/exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds. Lots of dishes/towels, and fans for the bedrooms. Easy to find and check in/out. Good communication. No complaints!
Our family absolutely loved our stay and we’ll be back! I loved the vibe of the place, extremely clean and downtown feel, which I love!

You will be literally 20 steps from 8 of our best restaurants and bars. Another 20 steps gets you to the lake! The location could not be better if you like being in the middle of the action.
Parking is public parking but plentiful and very nearby the unit. There is an EV (electric vehicle) charging station 1 block away at the public library.
