This is a very charming neighborhood, house is conveniently 8 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from 4th St corridor where you can find shops, cool restaurants & coffee shops.

Bluff Park: where you could take free yoga classes with a beautiful view of the ocean. Everyday from 11 to 12. Bring a yoga mat and towel!
2nd Street: is the place where college students like to go, friends prefer to meet for a brew, and couples head over for a table in or outdoors at restaurants ranging from Mexican,Irish,Thai and Mediterranean cuisine to American burgers & fries.
Shoreline Village: is located within walking distance from Downtown Long Beach and nearby Aquarium of the Pacific. It’s a great place to take in the sunset and admire the views of the Queen Mary docked just across the way.

Parking is always available for 1 vehicle right next to the property. Street parking could be difficult. Street sweeping Monday and Thursday 1:30-3:30.
