Kathryn’s home was perfect for my group. Much of our weekend was spent away from the home as we attended a PSU game. The home is in a quiet area that is close to downtown and the stadium. It was clean, spacious, and just as described. I would highly recommend this location.

Great Experience the whole stay. House was as described and very clean. Rainy weekend, so did not really use spacious patio, but we’re very comfortable inside the clean house. Will absolutely recommend and will stay again. Thanks!

Perfect place for a larger group needing a place for a football weekend. Plenty of beds for everyone, plenty of bathrooms. Clean, tidy house in Lemont, which is one of the best locations to stay for tailgating and being near to downtown State College. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone. Kathryn was extremely responsive and great to work with

The house was perfect for my large group. Kathryn was a great host, upon entering we discovered the host left us napkins, plates, cups, and utensils. It saved us a trip to the store. The house was in great condition.
